Senior IT Recruiter RoleAptonet is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent.This role will focus on recruiting LATAM-based candidates for U.S.-based companies and supporting U.S.-based recruiting efforts for our clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong pipelines of candidates, and leveraging various sourcing tools to find top talent.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.Leverage internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling to source top candidates.Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.Post job advertisements across relevant platforms and maintain data accuracy in the ATS.Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.Requirements:3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.Why You'll Thrive in This RoleYou'll have the opportunity to work with a world-class recruiting team, building relationships with top technical talent and delivering exceptional results for our clients.As a Senior IT Recruiter, you'll be empowered to make a significant impact on our team's success, driving business growth and developing your skills in a dynamic environment.We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Our company values are centered around excellence, innovation, and collaboration.We're committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive.If you're a motivated and results-driven recruiter looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
