Principais responsabilidades: Construir e evoluir copilots no Microsoft Copilot Studio (ações, grounding com fontes corporativas).
Orquestrar automação de processos com Power Automate Implantar governança : DLPs, versionamento, segregação de ambientes, auditoria e monitoramento.
Criar catálogo de actions reutilizáveis (APIs via Apigee , integrações internas/externas).
Medir e comunicar impacto : tempo economizado, ROI por automação , % de reuso e adoção.
Requisitos obrigatórios: Power Platform : Copilot Studio, Power Automate ( e experiência em UX corporativa com Teams/SharePoint/Outlook ).
Integração via APIs/OpenAPI com gateway (Apigee ou similar) .
Noções de SQL/Python para suportar integrações e troubleshooting.
Diferenciais: Criação de dashboards em Power BI (telemetria, adoção, ROI) RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere) para traduzir fluxos legados; observabilidade/governança (telemetria, Core Starter Kit); noções de Vertex AI/Workflows para handover de processos críticos para TI.
Perfil Desejado Capacidade analítica avançada e pensamento crítico.
Foco em resultados com visão de negócio.
Habilidade para traduzir dados técnicos em insights estratégicos.
Boa comunicação e experiência em lidar com diferentes stakeholders.
Proatividade, autonomia e adaptabilidade em ambientes dinâmicos.
Modelo de Trabalho: O modelo de trabalho dessa posição é híbrido 3x2 (três dias presenciais e 2 de home office) na Vila Olímpia em São Paulo Nossos benefícios: ? Vale refeição no valor de R$ 1.003,48 ao mês;
