Job TitleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.As a Technical Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hosting services.About the JobThis is a full-time remote position that requires dedication and expertise in managing technical infrastructure.You will work independently, with autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Level 2 Support: Provide high-quality support to clients via live chat and tickets.VPS & Dedicated Server Support: Assist clients with VPS and dedicated server-related issues.Migrations/Transfers handling: Handle client migrations and transfers efficiently.Escalations support for Level 1 team: Support the Level 1 team by escalating complex issues.RequirementsExperience with SolusVM Virtualisation platform: Proven experience in managing SolusVM virtualisation platforms.Knowledge of Openstack: Familiarity with Openstack and its components.Understanding of hosting industry, virtualisation, and dedicated servers: In-depth knowledge of the hosting industry, virtualisation, and dedicated servers.Experience with WHMCS and KVM: Experience in using WHMCS and KVM.Firm understanding of both Linux and Windows: Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating systems.Ability to handle hosting related issues and debugging efficiently: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug hosting-related issues.Reliable high-speed internet connection: A stable and fast internet connection.Excellent written English: Excellent written communication skills in English.Benefits100% Remote Work: Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.Autonomy and Independence: Make decisions and work independently.Necessary Training and Support: Receive training and support to excel in your role.
