OverviewHi??Great that you are hereThis job posting is about the specific role you could take at tl;dv.Because company culture is extremely important for us, please also have a look at our tl;dv Culture & Careers page.We love to be different.To get an idea of the brand that we are building, check out our Product Hunt launch.If you then like what you read - shoot over your applicationWe're looking for highly motivated team players to join our hungry squad.Now to Brand Design at tl;dvResponsibilitiesRemote-first (worldwide applicants welcome)Part-time freelance (5–20 h/week) with a clear path to full-time within 12 months based on impactReports to Founder/Marketing/Head of DesignOwn day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assetsEvolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfacesTurn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets)Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per weekBuild reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers)Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight ? moodboard ? concept ? production ? iterationMaintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serveWhat Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaSAsset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch dropsA cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero reworkWho You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house)You know the category patterns – and how to break themExceptional taste.Refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it countsDeep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you've got references at your fingertipsNot afraid to be bold.You can defend strong creative while staying coachableFast-paced, passionate, easy to work with.Low-ego collaborator who communicates crisplyTools: Figma & Wordpress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as neededBonus if you can add light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports)Bonus PointsHave 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling)Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops)Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first)Have experience building componentized design systems for marketingThe OpportunityStart part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in 12 months through resultsShip work that's seen by millions, not buried in decksDirect access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day oneWhat to IncludePortfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work)For 3 highlights, add 2–3 lines on goal ? your role ? outcome (metrics if possible)Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why (2–3 bullets)Optional: a *****s Loom walking through one projectHow to ApplyEmail: ******Important: Share your LinkedIn and portfolioThe more your application stands out, the faster we'll respond.To learn more about our culture and how we work as a team, check out our Culture & Careers Page#J-*****-Ljbffr
