This is an ideal role for designers with sharp attention to detail, a strong grasp of design fundamentals, and the ability to pivot between mockup execution and creative design work.Role ResponsibilitiesProduct Mockups: Create clean, high-quality mockups that showcase client logos and brand elements on our premium gifting products.Packaging Design Support: Assist with visual designs for custom tape, ribbon, stickers, tissue paper, and boxes.Logo Reproduction: Vectorize logos and brand elements for scalability and clarity.Creative Design Support: Design social media graphics, website visuals, email assets, and branded collateral as needed.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand standards and client expectations.Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and the design team to meet deadlines and maintain design quality.File Organization: Maintain organized, layered, and editable design files for seamless handoff to production.Requirements1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing mockups and creative design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, and Canva is a plus.Project Management: Asana and Attention to Detail: Ability to produce consistent, high-quality visuals with minimal errors.Creative Flexibility: Capable of switching between structured mockup work and creative design projects.Communication Skills: Comfortable collaborating in a remote team across time zones.Time Management: Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.Excellent Organizational Skills: Able to manage a large volume of projects and team communication with organizational proficiency ensuring efficient and streamlined design operations.BenefitsHands-on experience with high-quality brands and premium corporate gift solutions.Exposure to a collaborative creative process and professional U.S. design standards.Access to a global creative team with regular syncs and project reviews.Observance of the following U.S.-based holidays:5 US Holidays:Christmas Day — December 25Thanksgiving Day — Fourth Thursday in NovemberNew Year's Day — January 1Memorial Day — Last Monday in MayLabor Day — First Monday in SeptemberUp to 4 Local Public Holidays (determined based on your region)Portfolio GuidelinesTo be considered, please submit a portfolio link that includes:Product Mockups: Clear visuals that show logo placements on branded items.Packaging Designs: Examples of custom tape, ribbon, stickers, tissue paper, and boxes.Vector Reproductions: Demonstrated ability to convert logos and brand elements into vector format.Social & Digital Graphics: Social media graphics, email assets, and website visuals.Creative Design Projects: Any additional branded design work, such as pitch decks, lookbooks, or marketing collateral.File Organization & Handoffs: Examples of layered, organized, and editable design files ready for production.Bonus Skills (Not Required)Motion Graphics: Experience creating basic animations or motion design for digital platforms.Web Design Experience: Familiarity with designing for web layouts or landing pages.NOTE: We prioritize the processing of one application at a time.
