Operational Strategy Specialist

Job Overview:The Global Feasibility Lead II is responsible for spearheading operational strategy and planning in the preaward space.This involves participation in high-level strategy development conversations, robust data collection and analysis, and the creation of feasibility and site selection strategies.Key Responsibilities:Supports the formulation, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of primary and secondary data to inform operational strategy and planning.Conducts extensive data mining of internal and external databases and oversees the collection of primary data to develop robust strategies for global clinical trials.Participates in proposal development and bid defenses; provides recommendations on data utilization to support proposals and presentations.Lends cross-functional expertise in standalone feasibility efforts; responsible for creating final reports and delivering findings with external clients.Mentors junior team members and contributes to process improvement or special projects within Feasibility.Qualifications and Skills:Associate degree with equivalent work experience.Practical experience and understanding of global drug development and clinical trials including demonstrated ability to mine, manipulate, and present complex scientific data.Benefits:Strong analytical and writing skills.Ability to uphold the highest standard of personal professionalism and work integrity.Demonstrated ability to work independently and establish effective working relationships.Requirements:Upholds the highest standards of quality and accuracy.Applies industry best practices to deliver exceptional results.
