Breve descrição: Responsável por analisar e interpretar grandes quantidades de dados de uma variedade de fontes, usando ferramentas algorítmicas, de mineração de dados, inteligência artificial, aprendizado de máquina e estatísticas, a fim de torná-los acessíveis à empresa.Principais atividades: • Desenvolver, analisar e validar modelos de machine learning / AI através de programação para apoiar ações de Marketing;• Desenvolver análises e estudos Adhoc, relacionados a modelagem, perfil e outros;• Estabelecer relacionamento com as áreas clientes, entender seus principais desafios e propor soluções a serem desenvolvidas;• Sugerir novos caminhos, sejam técnicas ou tecnologias, para evoluir a prática de ciência de dados e agregação de valor; Experiência, conhecimentos e formação: • Experiência prévia em modelagem estatística, com entendimento do processo de modelagem (desenvolvimento de códigos para manipulação de base de dados, seleção, tratamento e análise de variáveis e discussão com áreas de negócios);• SQL (manipulação, definição, controle, transação, consulta);• Conhecimento/exposição da solução de AutoML: SASViya;• Linguagem Python e suas principais bibliotecas (ex.: pyspark, sckit-learn, pycaret, matplotlib, seaborn, pandas, numpy, scipy etc.);• Conhecimento de algoritmos e técnicas de validação/performance de modelos em Machine Learning;• Conhecimento da suíte de dados Google Cloud Platform (Ex.: BigQuery, CloudStorage, BigTable);• Conhecimento aplicado ao negócio (ex.: Telecom);• Perfil questionador, com bom raciocínio lógico, visão crítica e perfil analítico;• Experiência em apresentações executivas;• Graduação completa.Competências desejáveis:• Domínio de mais de uma linguagem de programação;• Prática com softwares de BI;• Conhecimento/exposição de(a) soluções de AutoML (ex.: DataRobots, VertexAI, SageMaker, Azure ML);• Experiência em projetos utilizando AWS, GCP ou Microsoft;• SAS Enterprise Guide (drag and drop e code);
