Job Description: Workday Technical developerLocation:Near-Shore (Brazil) or Off-ShoreEmployment Type:Contract / Flexible Resource PoolWork Schedule:Flexible hours with ability to scale during peak periods (e.g., Open Enrollment)Key ResponsibilitiesProvidetechno-functional supportacross HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or custom solutions).Analyze business requirements , design solutions, configure systems, and develop integrations/scripts as needed.Supportend-to-end testing , data migration, issue resolution, and user acceptance during peak cycles.Collaborate with onshore teams, business stakeholders, and offshore delivery leads.Rapidly onboard to new projects with minimal ramp-up time.Deliver high-quality documentation, including functional specs, technical designs, and test scripts.Role Variants (Assigned Based on Need)Type Primary FocusFunctionalRequirements gathering, process mapping, configuration, UAT, training, change managementTechnicalIntegration development (API, middleware), scripting (SQL, Python, etc.), data fixes, custom reports, troubleshootingYou will be engaged in the capacity that best matches your skills and the current demand.Required Qualifications3+ yearsof experience in HR technology (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).Strongtechno-functionalbackground — ability to bridge business needs and technical execution.Proficiency inSQL ,XML/XSLT ,SOAP/REST APIs , and at least one scripting language.Experience supportingOpen Enrollment , year-end processes, or large-scale implementations.Excellent communication inEnglish(written and verbal);Portuguese and/or Spanisha plus.Proven ability to work infast-paced, high-pressure environmentswith tight deadlines.Preferred SkillsCertifications: Workday Pro, SuccessFactors Associate, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.Experience withBenefits Administration ,Payroll Interfaces , orTime & Attendance .Agile/Scrum methodology exposure.Familiarity withJIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence .Engagement ModelOn-demand activation— engaged only when needed (hours/days/weeks).Flexible scheduling— ability to support extended hours or weekends during Open Enrollment.Remote work— fully near-shore (Brazil) or off-shore.Rate-based contracting— compensated per hour/day with premium rates for peak support.
