Production Planning Lead

This is a leadership role within our production planning department where you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.Key responsibilities include managing supply chain operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute production plans aligned with business forecasts, and ensuring accurate material availability and capacity planning using Oracle ASCP and other tools.You will also play a key role in driving continuous improvement in planning processes, including lead time reduction, safety stock optimization, and inventory turnover performance.
Additionally, you will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to support new product introductions and localization strategies.Metric-driven individual with strong results orientation, collaborative spirit, and positive influence on the team is required for this role.
You should have a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
