Contributes to the management of strategic supplier relationships and actively participates in project mobilization to support successful execution.Job Description· Participate in defining procurement strategies and risk mitigation actions with sourcing and project procurement managers· Execute strategic purchasing activities within defined timeframes and budgets· Ensure all necessary information is available for issuing inquiries· Expedite the receipt of vendor bids· Conduct negotiations with vendors to secure optimal terms· Prepare purchase order documents on time and ensure accuracy and quality· Support quality notifications to execute return and/or recovery plans for deliverables at risk due to quality issues or delayed delivery· Act as a technical expert in a specific purchasing domain, when required· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (projects, engineering, logistics, finance)· Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation· Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes· Prioritize and manage a large spend scope to prevent disruptions at manufacturing plants and ensure fulfillment of project milestones and client expectations· Manage internal escalations and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate riskYou are meant for this job if:Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalentAdvanced/Fluent level of EnglishHave hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systemWant to grow and learn through hands on critical and demanding scopeSkillsAgilityAnalysis and Problem SolvingCritical ThinkingBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
