End User Support Specialist (EUC) Location: Brazil Remote (English and Portuguese) Experience: 5+ YOE Job Type: Contract Skills: Intune/SCCM, self-service image builds, endpoint security, Power Shell automation English and PortugueseWhat You'll Do:Support day-to-day EUC operations: hardware/software troubleshooting, patching, imaging, security updates, asset inventory, disposal.Deploy and manage endpoints (Windows, mac OS, i OS, Android) using modern tools: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, Autopilot, VDI.Administer Azure AD, Exchange, Share Point; enforce compliance (SAML, SCIM, MFA, SSO); enhance endpoint security (Defender, encryption).Maintain documentation, knowledge base, asset reports; provide vendor coordination and Level-1/2/3 support.Lead device provisioning recommendations, hardware refresh cycles, user training, and helpdesk hand-offs.Configuring MS O365 clients and troubleshooting relevant issues.Provide end user support, physical and remotelyExpertise You'll Bring:Endpoint management: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, AutopilotMicrosoft Modern Desktop + Azure (AD, Exchange, Office 365)Scripting and automation: Power Shell, Batch, Terraform, AnsibleVDI, desktop virtualization, cloud-native/Dev Ops basics (CI/CD, containers)Networking fundamentals, MDM, A/V support, Linux basicsIntune/SCCM, self-service image builds, endpoint security, Power Shell automationJAMF, Virtual Desktops (WVD, VMware, Citrix), hybrid cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), ITSM toolchains (Service Now)Nice to have:Microsoft: Azure Administrator, Intune, SCCM, AutopilotJamf Pro CertifiedAWS/Azure/Google Cloud (for hybrid support)Security: Microsoft Security, Comp TIA Security+, CISSP/CEHITSM/Service Now for ticket communitiesZero-trust endpoint compliance, MDM for remote workforce
