Position Summary We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on backend API development to help lead mission-critical software initiatives.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone passionate about architecting and implementing robust systems in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and full-stack web applications using.
NET 8/C#, Postgre SQL, and modern Java Script frameworks.
Work across the full development stack, including frontend, backend, and QA support.
Build scalable solutions that integrate with multiple external APIs and handle large volumes of transactions.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Contribute to proof-of-concept and prototype efforts that drive innovation and transform healthcare systems.
Technical Qualifications 7+ years of software development experience with object-oriented technologies (. NET, C#).
5+ years of experience in relational data modeling (Postgre SQL, Redis).
Expertise in developing high-performance backend APIs.
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
2+ years of frontend development with modern Java Script frameworks (React, Bootstrap).
Familiarity with Redux (preferred).
Proficient with Git Hub, Visual Studio, and the Microsoft development ecosystem.
Agile software development experience.
Preferred Experience Experience integrating modern UIs with legacy systems.
Proven track record building high-throughput, high-transaction systems.
Prior background in healthcare technology.
