We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Support Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in functional Salesforce roles.
In this support role, you will be a customer-centric professional focused on helping others achieve their goals.
Your main responsibilities will include supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal use of the Salesforce platform.
About the role:
As a Salesforce Support Analyst, you will:
Manage and resolve daily support requests from internal and external users efficiently.
Process change requests, including user access modifications and system improvements.
Identify and suggest enhancements to improve the supportability and operability of the Salesforce platform ).
Collaborate with Technology teams to test new developments and system updates.
Deliver user training to ensure correct and effective use of Salesforce.
Serve as a subject matter expert for all business processes supported by
About you:
Strong functional understanding of Salesforce; development skills are not required.
Experience and skills in interpreting business needs and translating them into functional and operational requirements.
Minimum of 3 years in similar roles; Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability and effective collaboration within a team.
Self-starter with a proactive, flexible, and determined attitude.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is highly valued.
