We are seeking a Crypto Venture Analystbased in Brazil to act as our eyes and ears in the LATAM market-one of the fastest-growing crypto adoption zones in the world. Your mandate is to identify high-signal opportunities before they hit the mainstream radar. You are not here to follow the herd; you are here to build the thesis that the herd will eventually follow. You will be dissecting early-stage protocols, connecting with founders in São Paulo, Rio, and Buenos Aires, and feeding high-quality deal flow into our global investment committee.

Due Diligence and Deal Flow Mechanics This role is the engine of our decision-making process. You will lead the rigorous "under the hood" inspection of potential investments. This goes far beyond reading a pitch deck. We expect you to scrutinize the technical architecture, challenge the founders on their go-to-market assumptions, and verify the integrity of their team.

You will manage the entire deal funnel: from the first coffee meeting with a founder to writing the final Investment Memo that convinces our partners to sign a check. You must be comfortable asking uncomfortable questions to protect our capital. Thesis Generation and Tokenomics Forensics We do not invest in "vibes." We invest in sustainable mechanics. A core part of your role is Tokenomic Stress-Testing.

You will take a project's proposed token distribution and model it out over 5 years. You must answer critical questions: Does the token capture value? Is the inflation schedule predatory? Is the FDV (Fully Diluted Valuation) realistic compared to competitors?

You will produce deep-dive sector research-whether on De PIN, Zero-Knowledge proofs, or RWA-that shapes our firm's view on where the market is heading over the next cycle. We need a hunter who is active in the developer trenches. Not a Chart Watcher: This is a Venture Capital role (Seed/Series A), not a liquid hedge fund role. We do not care about daily price action; we care about multi-year technology horizons. The Analyst Archetype You are deeply embedded in the crypto culture.

You likely have a "degen" past but a professional present. You are fluent in Portuguese and English(Spanish is a plus). You have a network of developers and builders in Brazil who trust you. You are intellectually honest-you are willing to kill your own favorite deal if the data shows it is a bad investment.

You combine the networking skills of a BD manager with the analytical rigor of a mathematician.
