We are seeking a Paid Social Marketer to support our paid social efforts across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.ResponsibilitiesCraft paid social strategies that align with business goals and target audienceSet up and manage campaigns across platforms like Facebook and TikTokStrategically allocate budgets across various social platformsCreate visually compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel adsWrite persuasive ad copy that captures attention and drives conversionsConduct A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting to identify the most effective combinationsContinuously monitor ad performance and make real-time adjustments to improve resultsAnalyze campaign data to uncover insights and trends that can inform future strategiesQualifications3+ years experience managing paid social campaignProficiency in social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisionExcellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creationKnowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniqueFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)Full-time stable role10 PTO holidaysWi-Fi stipendFully remoteWe are open to full-time candidates from Latin America and the Philippines.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdvertising, Marketing, and Project ManagementIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting#J-*****-Ljbffr
