Python Backend Engineer – Media Delivery PlatformsLocation: Brazil (Remote)Type: PJExperience: Mid–Senior (5–8 years)Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve production and delivery pipeline issues across environmentsMaintain and safely update YAML/JSON schema-driven configurationsDebug and enhance Python automation scripts supporting operational workflowsPerform SQL-based data investigations to validate integrity and confirm fixesAnalyze logs and metrics to trace failures and perform root-cause analysisWork through Git and PR-based change management with proper documentationSupport media content delivery operations, ensuring metadata and configuration accuracyCollaborate with global teams to ensure stable, compliant, and reliable releasesRequired Skills & Experience4–6 years of Python experience in production or backend environments3–5 years working with YAML/JSON in schema-validated, production systemsStrong experience in production support, incident triage, and RCAHands-on experience with log analysis, observability, and debugging pipelines3+ years of SQL for production data investigation and validationSolid understanding of Git, PR workflows, and controlled releases2+ years of media delivery or media supply chain experience (OTT, broadcast, content platforms)Experience with media metadata, localization, and partner delivery rulesFamiliarity with Jinja templating is a strong plus
