**About the team**:
Our team is driven by a desire to provide our customers with an outstanding support service.
The primary responsibility is to assist them in resolving their issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality and usage of SAP Products.
**In this role, you will**:
- Deliver a support service by performing a root cause analysis, troubleshooting and resolving support incidents reported by global customers
- Analyze and report bugs to Development Support department
- Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers
- Monitor critical support incidents
- Ensure SLAs adherence and 24x7 support
- Participate in local or global projects
- Use and develop your debugging skills while troubleshooting support incidents
**Who you are**:
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Programming logic skills
- Knowledge in ERP/payroll business processes and systems would be a benefit
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills
- Problem solving/analytical skills
- Flexible approach to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and proactive
