We are instrumental in shaping the company's decision-making process, optimizing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional experiences to our consumers.What You'll DoAs a Systems Integration Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute the integration of various software systems, from architecture design to code implementation.
You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance Tractian's products and serve as the main technical contact for our largest users and partners.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementationCommunicate technical concepts clearly and explain how Tractian works, both from a product feature and API architecture perspectiveBe the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our largest users' and partners' technical teamsWork closely with Tractian Product & Engineering teams to improve and evolve Tractian productsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProven experience as a Systems Integration Engineer or similar role, with expertise in software integrationProficiency in integration tools and technologies for customization and automationExperience with ERP software integrations (SAP/TOTVS) or other enterprise-level software systemsKnowledge of data formats and protocols (e.g., JSON, XML, REST, SOAP)Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologiesUnderstanding of security best practices in software integrationExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressureEffective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersBonus PointsPrevious work on software integrations in complex enterprise environmentsContributions to open-source integration projects or communitiesFluent in EnglishSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality AssuranceIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentThis job posting is active.
