This position will support BB Leadership operations by preparing new hires to be productive and drive standards adoption.As Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving onboarding process standardization and process improvement. If you would like to request an accommodation for the interview or onboarding process, please let our team know and we will connect you to our accommodation team.This position will be based our Amazon Corporate Office in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.Key job responsibilities- Create and manage onboarding programs.- Track new hires operational productivity and guarantee soft skills improvement- Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the onboarding plan- Support network level excellence in six sigma and lean practices through designing and implementing processes, metrics, and the proper usage of systems.- Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to drive process improvements, promote best practice sharing, and standardize work routinesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- Speak, write, and read fluently in English- Experience in managing teams- Experience in project management- Knowledge of Excel
