OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Through our products & services, we can make a difference in the lives and futures of our clients.Our team at Ledn is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds who share the conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy and Ledn's suite of products & services can play a critical role in doing so.Our core values guide us: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We seek to build, innovate and revolutionize financial services and invite you to join us.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code.You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks, and you should be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment.You will need to be a highly motivated, dependable and experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be a part of a fast-moving, execution-oriented team.You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who is looking for a supportive environment to grow their IT skills and expertise.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesBe customer-facing and serve as the first line of support; own support and deliver an outstanding experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc. (primarily macOS environments).Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and tech retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, Netsuite).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM/Jamf, etc.).Own and improve IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage incidents and resolve critical issues end-to-end; prioritize help desk tickets and work across sprints with agile practices (Jira).Set personal objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration with tools such as Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows in Okta; API familiarity and system-to-system integrations.Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; experience with hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Proficiency in technical documentation and ticketing (tickets, email, Slack).Strong preference for a clear, friendly, concise communication style and a customer-centric mindset.Understanding of security, PGP concepts, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching), and OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS;
