We never ask for payment during our hiring process.About UsOur organization specializes in administrative services that ensure clients invest and operate safely worldwide.The RoleWe seek a skilled professional to manage, secure, and optimize Microsoft 365 environment and Identity & Access Management systems.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 services, Azure Active Directory, and IAM tools.Key Responsibilities:Microsoft 365 Administration:Manage and support M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance features (DLP, ATP, Conditional Access, etc.).Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.Identity & Access Management (IAM):Administer and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.Integrate IAM solutions with cloud and on-prem applications.Manage lifecycle of user identities and access rights across systems.Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance.Security & Compliance:Collaborate with security teams to enforce identity governance and data protection policies.Respond to security incidents related to identity and access.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
