Our diverse talents from various backgrounds deliver innovative solutions worldwide.">Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Senior Linux engineer to maintain and enhance real-time data systems.The successful candidate will handle alert and incident management, problem resolution, and system improvements to ensure uptime and performance for global trading and data services.Key Responsibilities:Resolving Data quality issues through root cause analysis while managing internal and external vendors.Support On-call, incident management, problem, and change managements.Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of Data on a real-time basis by implementing monitoring tools.Collaborating with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and enrich the team's capability.L2 Alert Management: Managing alerts requiring knowledge for resolutions, creating/updating resolutions into knowledge base, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules.Incident Management: Managing incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.Change Management: Managing the process of making production changes to the ticker plant like Mandatory updates which includes content, software changes/upgrades performed by vendors or internal teams.Other responsibilities include Release Management, Event Management, User support, and Reporting.Your QualificationsA skilled Senior Linux engineer with experience in maintaining and enhancing real-time data systems.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and technical skills.Why Choose UsWe offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative team culture.
