Software Engineer OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work on scalable cloud-based solutions that make a measurable impact on sustainability and operational efficiency in a mission-critical industry.The ideal candidate will be highly adept at working in a dynamic environment with a small team, have proven delivery experience, strong problem-solving abilities, quickly learn new technologies and concepts, and be trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to modernize an application that enables quick deployments into international cloud regions, provide updates, and strengthen its security posture.Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing an existing web application to ensure continued stability and performance, designing and developing modern application components, taking technical ownership of features, delivering high-quality product features and updates, and actively participating in daily standups and weekly team meetings.To succeed in this position, you'll need:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English4+ years of full-stack development experience using PHP, Linux (AWS EC2), Apache, and MySQLHands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation and deploying containerized applications using AWS ECS (Docker)Solid understanding of Agile development practices, object-oriented programming, and multi-tiered software architecturesStrong team player with a collaborative mindset and practical communication skillsPrior experience with AWS networking concepts, including VPC design and VPN configuration, as well as experience working with AWS SQS for decoupled, event-driven architectures and AWS S3 for object storage and data lifecycle management, is highly desirable.
