As a Video Content Creator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing engaging video strategies across various platforms.This role combines traditional media production with modern social-driven creative execution. You'll oversee high-scale commercial productions while working closely with local teams to deliver consistent high-quality video output aligned with marketing goals and brand tone.Key responsibilities include:Content Ideation & Trend Monitoring: Research trending sounds, hashtags, formats, memes, and storytelling frameworksHands-On Content Creation: Shoot and edit daily content from simple clips and vlogs to higher production short filmsContent Execution: Produce content with an authentic creator toneTVC-Level Production & Oversight: Lead larger-scale shoots, including commercials and branded campaignsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Brazilian TikTok Live Streaming team and the broader Brazilian content teamFor success in this role, you should have expertise in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci, plus After Effects or motion graphics tools. A strong portfolio showcasing viral content or strong engagement history is also required.Ultimately, you're expected to balance speed, quality, and creativity under deadlines as a creator at heart who thinks in clips, hooks, and edits.
