Oversee performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. ? Analyze operational data to identify trends and proactively solve issues in recruiting processes. ? Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. ? Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner. ? Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition. ? Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients. ? Native fluency in English and proficiency in other languages. ? Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured professional presence. ? Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions. ?
