Project Overview">We are seeking an experienced professional to support the validation of Commodities Asset class onboarding to an Equity Derivatives Trading desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets, with a focus on Commodities and/or Equity Derivatives.">This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our client team from project initiation to implementation.
As a Front Office Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving daily issues related to functional, valuation, and pricing, as well as addressing concerns from the Equity Derivatives Desk.
">Key Responsibilities:">Resolve daily FO issues on functional, valuation, and pricing.
">Address daily issues stemming from the FO Equity Derivatives desk.">Work closely with the EQD Desk Traders (L3) to address issues.
">Amend FO pre-trade rules, eTradePad, simulations.">Resolve requests or issues with Profit and Loss, Market Data, and booking.
">Analyze and propose solutions for overall deliverables.">Liaise with technical teams to resolve FO-related issues and enhancements.
">Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various FO deliverables.">Yield Curve issue resolution and validation; curve assignments; new curve creation.
">Continuous follow-up of new Market regulations/practices globally.">Perform testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">Strong product knowledge in EQD and COM.
">Very strong understanding of FX and IRD business.">Very Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Market Data, Curve structure, Simulations, and Trade Life Cycle.
">Strong experience in supporting FO users and resolving their daily issues.">5+ years experience with Murex FO functionalities.
">4+ years experience in financial markets role.">SQL proficiency.
">Desirable Traits:">Strong personality, logical and analytical skills.
">Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter.">Good verbal and written communication skills.
">Strong organization skills.
