**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Support the transformation of DataFarm into a strategic and high-value data platform for dsm-firmenich.
- Establish efficient data governance.
- Promote data integration across different areas and systems.
- Define a clear roadmap for data products.
- Enable data-driven decision-making.
- Support future initiatives related to artificial intelligence (AI).
- Ability to understand the client's business needs and translate them into opportunities for data products and analytics, combined with experience in defining and communicating a long-term vision for data platforms aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
**BASIC REQUIREMENTS**:
- Advanced English to conduct conversations wit
- Knowledge in data governance, including quality, metadata, lineage, security, and privacy.
- Experience as a Product Manager, preferably focused on data products or platforms.
- Ability to manage backlogs, write data-focused user stories, prioritize features, and oversee the lifecycle of data products.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks.
- Ability to define and track success metrics for data products.
**REQUIREMENTS THAT ARE NOT MANDATORY BUT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT**:
- Basic knowledge of data science and machine learning to understand the potential and requirements for AI.
