As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies related to customer and product pricing information within our financial systems.
This involves applying knowledge of the prepaid business, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to foster collaboration across teams involved in delivering services globally.Key Responsibilities:Providing concise weekly status reports on assigned activitiesPromoting idea generation and collaboration sessions with internal teamsFollowing processes and protocols for data enrichment technologiesCommunicating data requirements to internal counterparts and customersSharing process changes with cross-functional teamsEscalating data inconsistencies promptly to avoid urgent issuesTracking and logging issues for retrospectives and suggesting process improvementsManaging time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and handling multiple assignmentsEnforcing workflows and business rules to improve data quality and delivery timeEnsuring compliance with SLAs for Finance Data Administration tasksTroubleshooting data-related incidentsDesirable Skills and Attributes:Self-directed and proactive approachDecisive problem-solving abilitiesAbility to influence others and drive resultsForward-thinking and adaptable mindsetStrong business acumen and technical backgroundEffective time management and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and work collaborativelyRequired Qualifications:1+ years of experience in the prepaid product industry, preferably with exposure to Finance, Accounting, or Data ManagementStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisionsAbility to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals and resolve problemsSolid technical background with the ability to learn new platforms and apply knowledge to operational practicesStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiativeExperience working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting to executive leadershipAbility to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiencesBachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields preferredThis role involves working with financial data and system configurations, supporting billing migrations, and ensuring accurate invoice generation.
