Software Transformation Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Software Transformation Specialist to lead the modernization of a large-scale legacy platform.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for transforming the platform into a simpler, modular, and cloud-ready system.Responsibilities:Decouple and re-architect the legacy platform using modern engineering practices.Gradually rewrite core modules in Go, applying incremental modernization patterns such as Strangler Fig, API façades, and DB decoupling.Collaborate closely with legacy specialists to ensure continuity and stability.Design and implement modular, cloud-ready, and event-driven integrations.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience working in modern programming (Go, Java, .NET, or Rust also considered).Familiarity with C and ability to work effectively with legacy specialists.Knowledge of cloud-native design and event-driven integrations.Proven experience applying incremental modernization patterns.Strong SQL skills (Oracle preferred) for database integration and synchronization.Advanced English level required for effective communication with clients.BenefitsOpportunity to work on a complex transformation project.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Chance to develop expertise in Go and modern engineering practices.
