About the RoleWe are seeking an Enterprise SAP Solutions Expert to join our team.
This role involves ensuring adherence to service level agreements and process compliance, mentoring team members, handling tickets, performing root cause analysis, and troubleshooting technical issues.The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP server installation/configuration, high availability setup, SAP BASIS server administration, and performance tuning.
They will collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation support, and define and enforce operational processes.SAP server installation/configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks)High Availability setup (Unix/Windows)SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issuesKickstart environment setup and maintenanceEnd-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clientsSAP version and EHP upgradesPerformance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across app, DB, and OSStrong understanding of NetWeaver componentsOracle DB, BRTools, SAP HANA DB, Sybase ASE, Linux/Windows adminRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Advanced English skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong documentation and MS Office skillsCustomer-centric mindset with high adaptabilityAbility to manage unforeseen situations and drive valueCertifications preferred include SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, and OS/DB MigrationBenefitsWe offer a virtual-first work environment that promotes good integration between your work and personal life.
