SAP Cloud Platform EngineerOrganização: IT-ITOPS-H&P-ERP PlatformsResumo da Descrição da Posição:Implementar e suportar soluções SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform - SaaS, PaaS) e sistemas SaaS seguindo padrões de gerenciamento de mudanças e segurança da ExxonMobil.Trabalhar em equipe Ágil local com Product Owner, Scrum Master, Solution Architect e membros do Dev Team.Documentar processos e mantê-los atualizados.Identificar lacunas nos processos e propor soluções.Descrição Detalhada das Tarefas:Experiência prática (3+ anos) com SAP BTP e outras plataformas em nuvem (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
Administrar sistemas SAP BTP PaaS:Avaliar, projetar e implementar novas soluções SAP BTP.Executar manutenção regular e atualizações de sistema.Monitorar capacidade e desempenho, incluindo verificações de integridade dos componentes em nuvem SAP.Configurar e manter conectividade com S/4 HANA e outros sistemas em nuvem.Configurar e manter:SAP Cloud Connectors.SAP Cloud Identity Services (IDS, IAS, IPS).
Garantir integridade, disponibilidade e controles para instâncias SAP em nuvem.Produzir relatórios e métricas com indicadores-chave de desempenho.Gerenciar problemas e realizar análises de causa raiz.Planejar e coordenar a execução de atividades técnicas complexas.Documentar diretrizes e "How To's".
Participar de workshops técnicos.Competências Comportamentais:Familiaridade com metodologias Ágeis e frameworks Scrum.Capacidade de aprender rapidamente e expandir conhecimento técnico.Trabalho em equipe.Comunicação eficaz, incluindo participação ativa em conversas técnicas em inglês.
