Senior Accounting ProfessionalWe seek a skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including client agreements, invoices, AR schedules, and collections.The ideal candidate will oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including vendor bills, invoice approval, disputes, and payment follow-ups.Additionally, the successful candidate will perform weekly bank reconciliations, assist with credit card and expense report reconciliation, and execute a timely month-end close by the 18th of each month.Benefits:Experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Excel, and monthly accounting close processes.Familiarity with core aspects of accounting, finance, and bookkeeping.Opportunity to work in a fully remote environment.Direct reporting to the Controller.Key Responsibilities:Weekly Tasks:Manage AR cycle: receive and process client agreements, generate and send ***** invoices weekly, maintain AR schedule and support collections.Oversee AP cycle: receive and process vendor bills, route invoices for approval, dispute or follow up on payments when necessary.Perform weekly bank reconciliations, assist with credit card and expense report reconciliation.Monthly Tasks:Execute timely and accurate month-end close (by the 18th of each month), including bank reconciliations, prepaid expense schedules, accruals and deferrals, depreciation and amortization schedules, expense reclassifications, identification and analysis of revenue leakage.Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements.
