We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a software engineer.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with a small team.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience producing commercial-grade software that is highly maintainable and supportable.They will be adept at learning new technologies and concepts, work collaboratively with others, and communicate effectively in English.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance an existing web application to ensure continued stability and performanceDesign and develop modern application components, including both front-end features and back-end servicesTake technical ownership of features, contributing to both functional and technical specifications to align with business goalsIndependently deliver high-quality product features and updates, while proactively seeking guidance when neededWrite and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliabilityInvestigate and resolve defects identified during QA and user acceptance testing cyclesRequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English4+ years of full-stack development experience using PHP, Linux, Apache, and MySQL to build and maintain production-grade web applicationsHands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation and deploying containerized applications using AWS ECSSolid understanding of Agile development practices, object-oriented programming, and multi-tiered software architecturesProven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with othersStrong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and conceptsAbout UsWe are a privately held company providing outsourced development resources to North American companies.Our mission is to offer talented developers who enjoy taking on challenging work and growing their skills and experiences building software.
