What You'll Do (Responsibilities)People Management and CommunicationSupervise and GMSA (GM South America) teams (5 contributor individuals)Set direction and clear goals for the teamProvide candid and timely feedback to the teamHave professional development discussions with the teamFacilitate the communication between business areas, GBS and Finance teamsReview and approve reports and activities performed by the team: GMSA Revenue Recognition accounting; GMSA Sales Incentives accounting; GMSA Finished Goods accounting including aging analysis; GMSA Warranty; GMSA Accounts Receivables management (AFDA, write-off discussions); Balance Sheet Variance AnalysisStatutory Audit Reports: Facilitate the communication between GM teams with EY; Support EY on its information requests; Support VSM and FP&A teams on ad-hoc requestsCoordinate with Intercompany team to clear all imbalances during the closingYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Bachelor degree completed in AccountingActive CRCAccounting or financial analysis experienceEnglish from intermediate levelWhat Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)Proficiency in ERP accounting software's (e.g., Oracle, SAP)Master or MBA preferredSpanishAbout GMOur vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.Why Join UsWe believe we all must make a choice every day – individually and collectively – to drive meaningful change through our words, our deeds and our culture.
