About the Role:We're seeking a Team Lead and Business Analyst to oversee and mentor a team of analysts creating business-focused content.This role combines leadership, quality oversight, and subject expertise in relevant domains to ensure outputs are accurate, logically sound, and aligned with project goals.The ideal candidate will have people management experience, operational excellence, and shaping high-quality analytical content.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists.Allocate tasks, oversee workflows, and ensure timely delivery.Conduct QA reviews, refine processes, and improve team efficiency.Provide performance feedback, training, and career development.Requirements:2+ years of team management experience.3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, content, or domain-focused projects.Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.Proficiency in structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).
