Amazon Brasil is looking for a strategic thinker and execution-focused Senior Manager who is highly motivated with leadership experience and a strong Air Operations background.
Air transportation is a critical Middle-Mile solution in Amazon's logistics network, rapidly connecting Fulfillment Centers to Last Mile delivery services.
This role will be working directly with and as part of the Air BR Senior Leadership and will take ownership for the rhythm of the Air Operations.
You will be a key member of the team responsible for the air carrier's operation performance.
Design innovative lanes, cost-effective transportation solutions to enhance delivery speed and efficiency.
Work with international teams, gain unique e-commerce logistics insights, and drive Amazon's expansion in this dynamic market.
Guide the Air Operational Control Center, an advanced mechanism that provides complete, real-time visibility of the supply chain, coordinating all logistics operations.
Drive efficiency, safety, and on-time performance while managing a skilled team.
Leverage data insights to enhance network performance and customer satisfaction.
The role will be based in Sao Paulo – SP.ResponsibilitiesDrive operational excellence and performance of air carriersDesign innovative, cost-effective air transportation solutionsOversee the Air Operational Control Center for real-time supply chain visibilityManage and develop a high-performing teamCollaborate with international stakeholders to drive e-commerce logistics innovationLeverage data analytics to enhance network efficiency and customer satisfactionEnsure safety compliance and on-time performanceContribute to the strategic expansion of Amazon's air network in BrazilBasic QualificationsExperience in Air OperationsExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsProgram or project management experienceExperience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadershipBachelor's degreeExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsFluent in EnglishPreferred QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Operations or related field and MBA preferredExperience with a contingent workforce during peak seasonsAbility to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situationsInterest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple Fulfillment Centers across the nationOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
