**Scope of the Role**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Analyse web traffic and user behaviour using tools such as Heap and Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to eCommerce sales, customer engagement, and website usability.
- Utilise Looker to create comprehensive dashboards and visualisations that communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to implement data-driven strategies for improving site performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and user research to gather actionable insights for enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
- Maintain and optimise our Shopify store setup for efficient data tracking and reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent English Communication skills (Min C1)
- 2+ years of experience with Shopify, including an understanding of eCommerce best practices and store management.
- 2+ years of experience with Heap for tracking user interactions and analysing website performance.
- 2+ years of experience with Looker for data visualisation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Heap, and Looker; familiarity with other analytics tools is a plus.
