Our expectationsWhat we expectTK Elevator aims to be a leader in industrial IoT solutions, data-enabled solutions software solutions that make our customers and users successful and happy.Jointly with leading technology companies as strategic partners, we have just released our first Digital Native Elevator EOX.We will continue this journey - to improve the lives of people everywhere, every day.We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Digital Solution Architect to support our digital product teams in designing and evolving scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.This role is essential in shaping the technical foundation of our digital solutions by defining target architectures, documenting current systems, and guiding development teams in best practices across the software development lifecycle.You will work closely with product owners and their development teams to ensure that our application frameworks are robust, future-proof, and aligned with business goals and will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, and develop new business solutions and digital products:Application Architecture Leadership: Define and evolve the target architecture for digital applications and frameworks.Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight during implementation phases.Conduct design reviews and code walkthroughs.Architecture Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, data flows, interface definitions, and integration points.Solution Design: Collaborate with product teams to design end-to-end solutions for new features and services, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability.Development Process Enablement: Support development teams in establishing and best practices in:Software design and modularizationCode quality and maintainabilityCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesSystem monitoring, observability, and operational readinessSecurity & Compliance: Integrate cybersecurity best practices into all phases of the development lifecycle.Who are we looking forWho we are looking forEducationMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience5+ years of experience in solution or application architecture.Proven track record in designing and implementing cloud-native applications based on angular or similar technologies.Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first design.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AzureProven experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.Architectural and Technical SkillsStrong experience with architecture modelling tools and methodologies like UMLAbility to define and manage non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, availability, maintainability).Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, with CI/CD tools and containerization.Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages: C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous messaging (e.g., Kafka, MQTT).Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana and OpenTelemetry.Strong understanding of secure software design, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and data protection.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate (verbally and in writing) ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.A strongly driven pragmatic and hands-on person who is ready to go the extra mile and does what is necessary to make the product a successStrong team player with a track record of making teams successful and putting joint goals ahead of personal goalsWhat we offerHealth care, Dental care, Bonus, Private pension, Program for pregnant women, Social support program, Life insurance, Telemedicine, Telenutrition, Telepsychology, Restaurant, Transportation.Who We ArePeople are at the heart of everything we do at TK Elevator: we work as a team, we care about the safety of others and we share a common vision to keep the world moving.This is your opportunity to go further and impact the future of urban mobility.what we expect.Contato
