Importante Empresa del rubro Industrial requiere para unirse a sus operaciones en Sao Paulo, Brasil, un "Tax & Accounting Analyst", quien será responsable de todas las etapas del ciclo contable para preparar las declaraciones de impuestos legales, estatales y locales. Esto incluye la responsabilidad de toda documentación, el apoyo y la investigación de cualquier tema relevante, y ayudar con la preparación de la disposición fiscal trimestral y anual y la contabilidad relacionada.Principales Funciones:Apoyar la operación local en materia contableRevisar y cerrar cuentas gerenciales (USGAAP)Preparar y aprobar cuentas estatutarias localesColaborar con asesores fiscales para la revisión, finalización y presentación de declaraciones de impuestosRevisar impuestos relacionados con nómina, ventas, gastos, compras, importaciones (PIS, COFINS, DIFAL, ESD, ESF)Asistir en la revisión, propuestas de diferentes impuestos y proyectos operativos que impactan los impuestosAsistir en iniciativas de planificación fiscal trabajando con el supervisor contable & tributarioPreparar y presentar los informes trimestrales solicitados por la casa matrizPreparar la información de provisión de impuestos, las posiciones de impuestos diferidos y los informes FIN 48Revisar las exposiciones no relacionadas con el impuesto sobre la renta (FAS 5)Actualizar la organización con respecto a nuevas regulaciones tributarias/desarrollos relacionados con temas tributarios que podrían afectar potencialmente a la empresaRequisitosContador Auditor o Titulo profesional acordeMínimo 5 años de experiencia en Impuestos en BrasilConocimiento y Experiencia en Sistema Tributario brasileñoCertificación de Contador Activa en Sao Paulo (CRC)Ingles Intermedio-AvanzadoEspañol Intermedio-AvanzadoDisponibilidad para trabajar en formato hibrido
