OverviewJoin our transformation team and lead program management to optimize global asset servicing operations.ResponsibilitiesPartner with key business and technology representatives in order to drive business requirements definition.Analyze complex processes, partner with DXD and technology to define strategic target statePrepare business requirements documentation which are clear and comprehensive.Work closely with our technology partners to support testing and implementation of solutions where required.Partner with other members of the program team as required to ensure successful execution across the change agenda.Assist Operations Leads in ensuring readiness for go-live of change.Required Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsAbility to manage product improvement through effective Agile and Product Ownership methodologies.Business Analysis skills.Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work at any given timeExcellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skillsFast learner able to understand complex processesExcellent interpersonal skills in order to leverage subject matter expertiseStrong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization as required.Ability to troubleshoot and recommend strategic solutions.Strong attention to detail and must be able to demonstrate outstanding delivery track record.Ability to work independently under minimal supervisionExperience in using data to track and demonstrate 'value' through transformationPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsKnowledge of Asset Servicing and/or Operations processes would be beneficial however training will be provided.About UsJ.P.
