Join to apply for the Product Manager - Reconciliations Team role at YunoLatam, Remote, Full Time, Individual Contributor, +4 years of experienceOverviewAt Yuno, we are building the payment infrastructure that enables all companies to participate in the global market.Our high-performance payment orchestrator provides access to leading payment capabilities to engage customers and maintain global business operations with seamless payment integrations worldwide.If you are a Product Manager ambitious and passionate about innovation, joining Yuno will allow you to transform your passion into real high-impact solutions.As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the evolution of our reconciliation platform, ensuring that it meets customer needs and driving continuous improvement.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to gather insights and contribute to development and enhancement of the platform.ResponsibilitiesDeliver the long-term vision for Yuno's reconciliation platform capabilities and clearly set out the product strategy.Deeply understand the needs of reconciliation platform users, identify pain points, and uncover product development opportunities.Develop high-value reconciliation features and products, managing ideation, delivery, and go-to-market strategy & launch.Manage priorities for the engineering team, balancing high-impact work with continuous improvement investments.Own the reconciliation platform P&L and collaborate with Finance to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Leadership, Marketing, Business Development & Account Management) as the outside interface for the reconciliation team.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in Product Management with a track record of delivering results and collaborating closely with engineering teams.Experience in a data analytics role or similar product environment is highly desired.Experience with SQL, Excel and other data analysis tools.Ability to build strong relationships with Product Management, UI/UX/Design, leadership, and internal/external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and drive business growth.Fluent English.What we offer at YunoCompetitive compensationRemote work – work from anywhereHome Office Bonus to help you set up your spaceWork equipmentStock optionsHealth planFlexible days offLanguage, professional and personal growth coursesSeniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct Management and Marketing#J-*****-Ljbffr
