About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled UX UI Designer to create innovative iOS experiences for a growing consumer app.As a key member of our team, you will work end-to-end from concept to polished screens that ship to users.This is an excellent opportunity to shape the app experience based on data, user psychology, and proven patterns used by top US apps.Responsibilities• Research US consumer habits and expectations• Develop user flows and clear wireframes based on insights• Design clean iOS interfaces with strong information hierarchy• Create high-fidelity screens, components, and motion ideas• Partner with product and engineering teams to ship features to users• Conduct quick tests, gather feedback, and refine designs• Ensure visual consistency and maintain the design system• Review analytics to understand user behavior and drop-off points• Benchmark against leading US consumer apps and bring fresh ideasRequirements• Strong portfolio showcasing iOS consumer app work• Deep understanding of iOS patterns and US user expectations• Ability to move fast from sketches to polished screens• Experience working with growth teams on conversion-focused flows• Proficiency in Figma with a fast iteration process• Good understanding of onboarding, paywalls, and retention paths• Strong visual craft with attention to detail• Clear communication and ownership mindset• Experience in consumer apps for children, lifestyle, or education is a plusNice to Have• Experience in motion design• Knowledge of user psychology and behavior science• Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or FirebaseWhat We Offer• Opportunity to work with a fast-moving team building an iOS product for the US market• Freedom to shape user journeys and visual direction• Room for quick growth and ownership of core app features
