Cmdb Product Strategist

Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.With industrial operations in nearly 30 countries, Stellantis could consistently exceed the evolving needs and expectations of consumers in more than 130 markets, while creating superior value for all stakeholders.We are looking for a person to lead the strategic development of CMDB solutions within the Service Now platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.Main Responsibilities:• Develop and execute the product strategy for CMDB, aligned with organizational goals;• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance CMDB and its integrations;• Implement and manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM);• Use Service Graph to visualize and manage service dependencies and configurations;• Oversee the Discovery process to ensure accurate and up-to-date data;• Analyze CMDB performance metrics and propose improvements;• Stay updated on trends and advancements in CMDB technologies and methodologies;• Act with defined indicators and deadlines.Requirements:We expect you to have:• Advanced knowledge in CMDB with focus on Service Now;• Strong understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM);• Knowledge of Service Graph and Discovery tools;• Analytical and problem-solving skills;• Communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams;• Organization to manage multiple projects simultaneously.It will be considered a plus if you have:• Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM);• Knowledge in IT Operations Management;• Relevant certifications in Service Now or CMDB-related areas.Company Description:At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
