Compliance ExpertDescriptionThis role is responsible for leading the client's SOC 2 compliance efforts.You will streamline evidence collection and ensure continuous monitoring.You will work with AI engineers, security leaders, and product managers to build and deliver AI-native services at startup speed.Key Responsibilities:SOC 2 Compliance Management: Lead end-to-end process for achieving and maintaining SOC 2 compliance.Vanta Platform Utilization: Leverage Vanta's AI and automation tools to streamline compliance workflows.Continuous Monitoring: Implement ongoing adherence to SOC 2 requirements and other relevant frameworks.Requirements:Excellent English communication skills.3+ years of experience in compliance, information security, or risk management.Hands-on experience with Vanta or similar compliance automation platforms.Benefits:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP).About This RoleThis position requires strong coding fundamentals, system design capability, and a builder mindset in a startup environment.The ideal candidate will have expertise in SaaS environments and proficiency in using compliance management platforms like Vanta.
