Company Description Yuna's mission is to radically transform the way mental health support is accessed and delivered.
By providing 24/7 instant and private support at the push of a button, we aim to address the significant gaps in mental health care accessibility.
In a system where waiting times for therapists can reach up to 48 days and many people can't even afford care, Yuna is the answer to immediate mental health support needs.
Position Overview We are looking for a backend or full stack engineer to support in building our suite of mental health tools.
As a startup, we understand that our key advantage is executing fast and adapting to the needs of our customer.
Because of this, each member is treated as an expert.
Anyone joining the team needs to be an empathetic team player AND capable of independently owning their area of the product and driving it forward.
We each have a great level of ownership and autonomy, and understand that this means the team's success rides on our own efforts.
Requirements / Experience: GoLang - The backend powering our app has been built in Go GCP - We rely extensively on Google Cloud Platform as our cloud provider Fluent and strong communication in English Ability to overlap working hours with Eastern Standard Timezone (USA) Experience here would be a plus: Kubernetes SWIFT LangChainJS SSL/TLS Sockets The following would be a cherry on top: Python / NodeJS Machine Learning Location: Remote (Can work anywhere in the world , but must be willing to overlap at least 4 hours with EST) Employment Type: Full Time What We Offer Competitive salary (depending on role and experience) + equity options Remote first culture Team members who are talented, empathetic, and deeply committed to revolutionizing mental health care An opportunity to make a real impact in a field that can genuinely better people's lives
