**Why work for Brennan?**We are a national company with a reputation for delivering technical excellence, innovation and high-quality service to the mid-market and have backed up that statement by winning the #1 Managed Service Provider in Australia for the past 10 years in a row.**Brennan IT benefits include**:- A strong culture underpinned by values that are truly lived every day.- Salaries are pegged to the Australian dollar.- Flexible working is part of our DNA - We have adopted a hybrid working model and we encourage working from home and office as it seems ideal.- Proven career progression opportunities, we are passionate about helping our people unlock their potential and grow across different capabilities.- Diversity is a strength, and we love having people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, for example, we have employees from over 30 different countries - that is just one attribute, talk to us about our other diverse people**Full Job Description**- Responsible for managing and reporting on the assigned projects for Brennan IT, to control outcome, customer satisfaction, schedule, and budget.- Responsible for coordinating the consulting resources to complete all projects by the most efficient and profitable manner available according to Brennan's Project Framework.This includes any team required, not necessarily within the Project Consultant team, the PM is accountable to bring all teams together to ensure the holistic customer outcome.- The role requires a strong understanding of Project Management principles and some technical understanding of IT infrastructure.- The role will also require strong facilitation skills as you will be an escalation point for operational and client Project Services delivery issues, as you will be accountable for teams being enabled to work efficiently and collaboratively.**Key Responsibilities**:- Responsible for client meetings and/or contact with the client through status reports and correspondence is essential.Projects may be multiple concurrent small/medium sized initiatives but also larger Enterprise projects from time to time.- Ensure client satisfaction - NPS, post project surveys, feedback.- Actively review hours logged against project budgeted hours.Follow up on discrepancy where appropriate.Logging of project issues, risk, and actions against project documentation.- Support for Consultants to ensure that the Brennan Project Framework is followed and that all processes, procedures, and documentation is completed.- Engage with Sales & Consultants to complete internal and external planning for project delivery, i.e bid reviews, project meetings and planning sessions, meetings cover such topics as actions, issues, risks, communications, stakeholder register.- Work with Consultants and customers to develop project schedules and ensure schedules are communicated to relevant stakeholders.- Ensuring project teams receive appropriate project information such as scope of works, project budgets (estimate of hours of tasks), stakeholder contact information, meeting minutes etc.- Timely updating of project schedules, actions, risks, issues register.- Ensure Change Management policy is adhered to, capturing out of scope works and liaising with project delivery team to document changes to scope and costings.Monitor change control status and updating project database to reflect status.- Weekly status updates - complete all relevant weekly information for the Project Status Updates in preparation for delivery to client on time.- A placement to PM a customer's internal project is rare but may happen (PMaaS).- Ensure all activities are logged in a timely fashion for client billing.- Ensure that the project tracking and reporting tools are kept up to date.- To execute the Project Proposal Review process for pre-sales proposals assigned to you.- Training or obtain / maintain industry certifications.**Required Background and Skills**:- Project Management Certifications (eg PRINCE2, PMI, Agile etc).- Professional Services or IT Consulting, Management experience.- Experience within an outsourced or IT Project Delivery environment.- ITIL Foundation level certifications.- P3O certifications.- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related field.- Industry-body affiliations.- Technical certifications.- Minimum 3 years Project Management experience.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.- Ability to delegate effectively, direct and lead technical consultants.- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to autonomously manage day-to-day client and project issues.- Ability to work in a billable hour target environment.- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously across many teams, including Sales, and Support.- Basic technical understanding of IT infrastructure and Managed Services OR basic technical understanding of the Microsoft Product S
