Chief Data Strategist

At a dynamic organisation, we empower individuals and businesses worldwide through cutting-edge recruitment.Our environment fosters innovation and growth.Overview of the role:As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, identify data sources, and extract insights from complex data.Your primary goal is to provide actionable intelligence that helps our business colleagues make informed decisions.Key responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions- Cleanse, manipulate, and format data into required formats, creating reports and dashboards- Present and gather feedback on finished products- Deploy data, reports, and dashboards; develop reports according to specifications- Conduct technical training and knowledge sharing- Maintain and document operational environments- Process SQL Server SPs and queries efficientlyRequirements:- At least 3 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions- Strong understanding of relational data modeling concepts and data visualisation tools- Solid analytical skills and hands-on approach- Superior organisational skills and disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation- Experience with ETL using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (plus)- Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models (plus)- Advanced English language skills
