ResponsibilitiesFull-cycle recruitment for a broad range of team disciplines for BIC in multiple global locations. Manage the overall candidate experience, coach hiring managers on the process and implement recommendations for continuous improvement. Bring new and innovative sourcing pipelines; partner with other stakeholders like universities and peer companies to increase candidate flow. Use social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates.

Execute candidate workflow within Applicant Tracking System, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter. Monitor and reduce the costs of the recruitment process. Qualifications5+ years of recruiting experience; including experience in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role. Fluency in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Experience

with tools and technology such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar functionality is required. International recruitment experience, the US being a strong plus. Past experience in the FMCG sector is a plus. Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration, follow-up, and negotiating skills.

A proven ability to pipeline talent along with an in depth knowledge of creative sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates. Demonstrated experience establishing customer relationships and a track record of excellent customer satisfaction required.
