You will build email templates that speak to our customers' needs with relevant, personalized content.
You should be capable of building dynamic templates and managing the deployment process.
You will work cross-functionally with both our retention and digital teams to ensure on-time execution.What You'll DoDevelop responsive, dynamic emails using HTML, CSS, and HandlebarsLeverage template generators to create beautiful responsive emailsWork closely with the Retention Team to ensure on-time deliverables with effectiveness and efficiency, including the communication of status, complications, developments, and next stepsSet up A/B testing content (i.e. subject lines, pre-headers, hero imagery, messaging) for emails and/or landing pages per campaign initiativeManage the email database, including audience segmentation and list creation/maintenanceBe able to work independently as well as collaborate with other members of the retention teamWork closely with the Engineering & QA teams to develop personalized and dynamic transactional email campaignsNice to haveE-commerce/D2C knowledgeExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentExperience with Iterable & Sendgrid, our current ESP(s)Experience with Segment, our current CDPPrior experience coding HTML emailsWhat You Need4+ years email development (experience with Iterable preferred)Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientedComfortable with Excel and other data analysis tools (we use Omni)Exceptional teammate who establishes positive working relationshipsEndlessly curious, eager for knowledge, and likes to inquire, research, and ask questionsAbout RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
