Duração do contrato: 3,5 meses Tipo de contrato: PJ (CNPJ) Idiomas: Inglês intermediário Responsabilidades principais: Liderar engajamentos e programas estratégicos com clientes de grande porte.Gerenciar riscos, prazos e qualidade, garantindo impacto real para o negócio.Coordenar times multidisciplinares e fomentar um ambiente colaborativo.Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos com executivos e stakeholders.Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e apoiar iniciativas de crescimento.Requisitos: Formação superior e experiência sólida em Project Management e Change Management .+6 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos complexos.Vivência em instituições financeiras, meios de pagamento e/ou consultorias.Forte capacidade analítica, estruturada e com foco em resultados.Domínio de ferramentas como Word, Excel e PowerPoint.? Diferenciais desejáveis: Certificação PMP ou interesse em obtê-la.MBA ou pós-graduação em área relacionada.Conhecimento em varejo bancário, meios de pagamento ou merchants.
